Maintenance, repair and calibration services
- Maintenance and calibration on a variety of scientific laboratory equipment.
- Guidance and professional solutions at affordable prices for various scientific projects.
- Periodically service contracts.
- We commit to responding service calls within 24 hours of receiving the call.
- Repairs are subject to the manufacturer’s recommendations.
- Quotations for repairs include labour time per hour, travel expenses, (apart from clients who are located in and around the Rehovot area) and new parts if necessary.
- Requests for service can be sent via phone, e-mail, fax or by filling in the contact form.
- It is the client’s responsibility to make sure that the request has been received.
Purchase
- Orders can be sent via phone, e-mail or fax.
- Any advertising on the website does not obligate the company in any way.
- Interested and prospective clients are welcome to visit our offices (by appointment only), in order to inspect any equipment currently in our stock.
- The final price will include (unless stated otherwise) import costs, delivery, installation on site, and operating instructions.
Warranty
For repair and maintenance services:
- We provide a three month warranty for all repairs, providing they are related to the same malfunction.
For second-hand equipment:
- Warranty includes the repair or replacement of malfunctioning parts based on the opinion of the company’s qualified technicians.
- Period of warranty for the repair of second-hand equipment refers only to the repair itself, according to the conditions that will be stated in our quotation.
For new equipment:
- Warranty is subject to the manufacturer’s conditions.
